Let's Get Aquainted
This blog came out of my experiences. My life, to date, has been a series of journeys. I have learned to enjoy the journey. Why? Because there is joy in the journey. I have been blessed to have had the pleasure of enjoying careers in Finance and Accounting, Social Services, and Municipal Government. Having recently retired, I have launched a non-profit to help others find their "voice". @pen2mic.com
I believe that our experiences are not designed solely to teach us lessons about ourselves, but also so that we can share those lessons with others. It is my hope that, as I share my journey, it may help someone who may be traveling that same path. I have been writing in one form or another since I was 10 years old, and now I believe it is time to put those experiences on paper.
A native South Floridian, I have traveled extensively throughout the continental United States. I enjoy working with and helping others.
